After a 15 year career in investment banking, Ms. Lane has served for over 33 years on 16 boards, three of which were internationally based and several of which oversaw transformational change. While her board work has been primarily large, public companies, it has spanned family controlled, private and venture companies, and SPACs and has involved being on both sides of activist situations, including serving on 5 activist slates. She has served on all major committee types, including Special Strategic Alternatives and CEO Search Committees, chaired Audit, Compensation and other Committees and has served as Lead Director. Ms. Lane is a qualified Financial Expert and a recognized expert in finance, compensation and governance. She founded her own private investment firm, Lane Holdings, Inc., and has made venture and growth equity investments.
