Sue Carter has extensive experience as a public company executive, including roles as Chief Financial Officer. She has demonstrated leadership success in developing and leading financial strategy across multiple large global companies in manufacturing, industrials, aerospace and defense, engineering and construction, and transportation and power. Sue is the retired Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ingersoll Rand plc (now Trane Technologies) and retired in 2020. Prior to Ingersoll Rand, she served as Executive Vice President and CFO of KBR, Inc., and previously held the EVP and CFO role at Lennox International Inc. Her experience also includes financial leadership roles at Cummins, Inc. and Honeywell International Inc.
