She serves on the boards of NetScout Systems (NASDAQ: NTCT, Audit Committee), SoFi Bank (subsidiary of NASDAQ: SOFI, Chair, Compensation Committee), and Lazy Dog Restaurants (Chair, Audit Committee). She also chairs the Audit Committee of the Silicon Valley Community Foundation, overseeing more than $16B in assets.
