In this role, she is responsible for guiding Amkor’s financial performance and supporting long-term growth initiatives that strengthen the company’s position in an increasingly complex and competitive semiconductor landscape. In addition to leading Amkor’s global finance organization, she oversees the company’s global information technology and corporate human resources functions. Since being named Chief Financial Officer in 2016, Faust has played a central role in advancing Amkor’s strategic priorities, including operational scale, global expansion, and investment in advanced packaging technologies that enable next-generation applications. She works closely with executive leadership and the Board of Directors to align financial planning with business objectives, ensuring disciplined execution across regions and end markets such as Communications, Automotive & Industrial, Computing, and Consumer. Faust brings more than two decades of experience with Amkor, having joined the company in 2005 and progressing through a series of senior finance and accounting leadership roles. Prior to becoming CFO, she served six years as Corporate Controller, where she led global accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls. Earlier roles included Vice President and Senior Director positions focused on external reporting and SEC compliance, reflecting deep expertise in public company finance and regulatory requirements. Before joining Amkor, Faust spent 10 years with KPMG LLP as an auditor, where she developed a strong foundation in financial reporting, risk management, and advisory services. During her tenure, she completed a two-year international assignment in Munich, Germany, gaining valuable global perspective and experience working with multinational organizations. In addition to her executive responsibilities, Faust serves on the Board of Directors of Rogers Corporation, where she is a member of the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee. She is also actively engaged in the broader finance and academic communities, serving on the Accounting Advisory Council at Northern Arizona University. Her leadership has been recognized with honors including Arizona CFO of the Year in 2022. Faust holds a Master of Business Administration from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Northern Arizona University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Arizona and holds NACD Directorship Certification
