Luisa is the Chair of the Board of Directors of Swarovski International Holding, the Swiss based family owned Crystal Company. Her long-standing corporate leadership interests are in strategy & transformation, and governance as value creation driver. Her investment themes center on historical craft with luxury potential, and femtech. She is inspired by engaging with founders and scale ups.
Luisa holds a Master of Laws LL.M. of King’s College London, a Bachelors of Law degree of the University of Geneva snd a post graduate Diploma of European Studies of Lusiada University of Lisbon. Vocationally, she studied Languages, Art and History in several universities across Europe, Americas and China. More recently, she is a keen student of disruptive technologies and digital transformation.
Swiss born and raised, Luisa is also Portuguese by marriage. She has a grown-up daughter, and lives in Celerina/Switzerland and spends regular time in Lisbon, Venice and London.
