Amy is a C-suite executive with a successful track record of performance in customer strategy, sales and distribution strategy and operations in insurance financial services. She excels at leading a large P&L and is an accomplished transformational leader with strong financial acumen.  Amy is uniquely able to develop strategies, align organization support around the goals and inspire others to drive execution.  She has extensive knowledge of risk management, M&A, and corporate governance through work with Nationwide Insurance and non-profit boards.  She is a recognized thought leader in elevating customer experience, the role of technology in supporting customers, and product management and sales in highly regulated industries.

Amy is an independent director for Crawford and Company. The largest publicly traded P&C claims services provider in the US. She serves on the compensation and human capital committee and the nominations and governance committee.
