Please provide the pricing breakdown by the venue whether the venue room is priced per event or based on an hourly rate. If priced hourly, please state the number of hours the venue was used for the donated event. This might be in the form of a brochure/invoice/statement/receipt. The value can then be derived from the attachment based on the pricing model.
Please upload an invoice or a formal statement of services rendered for this in-kind donation, indicating the exact fair market value of the goods or services provided. This documentation will be used for our records and acknowledgment purposes.
